I loved the staff they were all helpful starting with reception, Portal , restaurant and cleaners. The food is very good.

I think the hotel should consider giving free tea as well, they give coffee but not everyone drinks coffee. And when I asked for tea they told me to buy some at the restaurant. Another thing is the bathtub was not nice at all .. it was dirty and the toilet seat had blood stains when we first booked in. This was my second stay and I paid more for a better room and got the exact same type of room I got last time.

Good stay

The staff, especially the bell boy, he is extremely helpful and very courteous. The breakfast is good. The room is well kept and cleaned everyday, thanks to the housekeeper. The location is indeed marvellous, it is very near to the beach, and you can find good food, cos there is a restaurant within walking distance.

Facilities need to do some refurishing.

I would stay again, it was what I was after.

Location is near perfection for the beach and wedged between three shopping centres near by. Plenty of shops, local cleaning across the road (costs a little more but high standard and care). Cost is fair if you find it for cheap. On their own website it's well over priced. Breakfast options changed daily but the majority was the same. I enjoyed it overall. Staff are friendly, welcoming and caring. Assisted us with any issues we had. Also daily room cleaning.

Extractor fan on the balcony, when on makes it not worth sitting outside.. but the view down the street to the beach/ocean is pleasant.

Had a great stay here for the money and recommended.

Stayed there for my 60th birthday with my Thai partner. Had a lovely superior room on 7th floor overlooking beach and sea from bedroom and nice balcony. Bed was good not too firm. Shower always hot. Didn't use restaurant or swimming pool but viewed the latter situated on 3rd floor and it looked ok. The breakfast included in the vfm price was fine for my needs if not spectacular. Staff excellent and helpful. Hotel not new as evidenced by the 3 power points in strange positions but location top end of beach road was great although beach road can be busy especially at night. WiFi very good which was important to me.

Power points could have been better placed and nearer to bed. Had kettle but no coffee etc provided and would have to unplug tv to boil or do so from another awkward position.

Comfortable.

My room was light , airy and clean. Ann- the manager, her 2nd in charge, the bell boys , the room cleaners and breakfast staff were so helpful, caring and understanding.

Two staff members were unhelpful and rude! The pool was In shade all day!

Mostly delightful marred by 2 rude staff

Ann - the manager and her main man on reception were amazing. As were the bell boys and the breakfast lady. Always smiling and happy to help. The ladies who did the cleaning were delightful. Some members of staff - actually 2 -were very rude and unhelpful. There was no need for their attitude.

The pool does not get any afternoon sun. You cannot lay in the sun around the pool.

Très bon hôtel où aller!

Stay here ten days , everything OK ! They modify breakfast everyday, staff excellent, very beautifull panorama from the room (maybe we had the best one?...) . Beach at 2 minutes, and every 24 hours services just near. (7/11) . There with my girlfriend, we recommand. Good hospital just near, post office at 15 minutes, many restaurants (the expensive one are really not the better ones!) just near, very calm and beautifull. Thai style.

No bar at the swimming pool...

Very friendly staff. A little too friendly. The porters never stop smiling and rush to open the elevator doors every time you come in. They might have thought I was a movie star back home.

Location and staff. Very big room with balcony. Worth the price and we will stay there next time.

Pool is mostly in shadow unless you are up early. Nice hotel but bit old.

Solid budget stay.

Close to the beach. A quiet side street of Pattaya's Beach Road, although close enough to various bars and "entertainment" venues.

More variety for breakfast would be appreciated, e.g. some yoghurts and muesli.

Good staff, great location, clean swimming pool and large room.

The staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned each day to a high standard. Very handy having a lift when staying on the seventh floor. Very handy location to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy and we ended up turning it off and opening the glass balcony doors. The breakfast supplied in the heated food area was always cold. Needs a heating cup underneath the containers always.

Older quiet hotel with a nice pool

On a quiet street but close to the beach and other attractions

Pool closes at 6 early for me, no generator on site, area wide black out for a few hours one day.
